For Eternalz and EternalRest
I have come up with these guidelines for every to know that we just don't kick-out anyone. We help out as much as we could and we only ask respect and friendship in return.
Why do we need rules?
Besides keeping the peace and order we can also avoid hurting/offending each other that causes complaints then having someone kicked-out. There will always be that one person who thought everything he/she says is ok till someone get hurts.
Why Just now?
Because we don't need it at first. Before, we were kicking-out inactive members but now were also kicking members out with ATTITUDE PROBLEM and stealing from the guild storage *stupid for me to trust that person.
First I want you to know who the main people are on the guild. They've been with the guild for so long and are ever so loyal. You may call them seniors *sempaii or officers. They are listed here in alphabetical order from their first/main character's name.

1. Don't spam the guild chat begging for items
Do ask where to get the parts or if someone has spare items and if they are giving it for free but again don't spam.
2. Don't use offensive jokes/words/Profanity
e.g. gay/lesbian/bi *is not use to describe a person it's a gender preference
Bobo/stupid etc *not everyone will find this funny including me so don't you dare
Double-meaning words *we have female gamers here give us respect!
3. Don't ask for boss helms if your not participatig on boss raids.
boss helms are given for free as a loyalty reward
or
you can participate on boss raid. Everyone who wants a helm crafted must give all of their mats to Saitou *we always give all of our mats even if we don't need helms crafted. We will keep all mats together until there are enough to craft a helms.
4. Don't rant if others can't give you an item for free not everyone can give everything for free.
Just be thankful to those who did
5. Do not scam anyone! Do help anyone!
6. Do not ask for Guild Storage access *bec of meruru incidence
Do ask officers if you want to place/receive an item in the Gstorage with any of the officers.
7. Do unto others what you want to do unto you!
For any complaint against fellow members reach out to the main people on the guild.
Warnings will be given before being expelled.
From 1st warning till the 3rd then the member is expelled. A grave offense may result to be expelled right away.
❣ What are the grave offenses?
Cursing, profanity and discrimination e.g nationality and gender.
❣ Would I know if I have a complaint and how many warnings I got?
Yes! Either me or the officers will let you know.
❣ If someone gave a complaint against me will I have a warning right away?
It depends on the gravity of the offense. If the officers sees that the problem can be amended then no warning may be given. If the decision is unanimous I will finalize the judgement.
❣ If I have a warning will I have it forever until it's escelated and be expelled?
No. warning can be de-escelated. you may say sorry for those who you got offended. But it should not be habitual meaning you've been doing it constantly or you've been repeating the same mistake.
❣ Would I be able to know who made the complaint against me?
We will not! Not unless the person tells you him/herself.
❣ Can I complaint an officer?
Yes and I will give them a headbutt!
❣ What if I want to complaint someone but none of the officers are online and no one saw what happened?
As much as possible save a screenshot and send it to anyone of us in fb.
I hope with this we can avoid the meruru, cherry, *bleep*and nagato issues from here on.
